Official: Sergio Ramos & Pepe extend Real Madrid contracts
Both men have agreed to pen extensions to their current terms with the Copa del Rey winners, it has been confirmed via a statement.
Real Madrid have confirmed defenders Sergio Ramos, and Pepe have signed new deals at the Santiago Bernabeu.
A statement on the club's official website reads: "Sergio Ramos and Pepe have extended their contracts with Real Madrid C. F. to the 2016-17 and 2015-16 seasons, respectively."
Ramos, 25, had signed a four-year extension with Madrid back in December to take him up to 2016 as his previous deal was due to expire in 2012, according to Marca.com.
But, the new terms now see the Spain international add an extra year on to his deal, which now expires in six years.
Pepe's new terms represent a four-year extension as his previous agreement was set to expire in 2012.
The 28-year-old Portugal international will also be earning around €4 million per annum.
